Bond and Pre-trial Release Hearings

Bond and Pre-trial Release Hearings:

Under the U.S. Constitution, you are entitled to a reasonable bond unless there is cause to believe you are a flight risk or danger to the community.

A Release Hearing is an opportunity to try and change the release conditions to get someone out of jail. Usually, this occurs when the bond is too high for someone on the outside to post so they can get that person out of custody. Your attorney has an opportunity to try to get the release conditions changed.

I have experience in both North Carolina State and Federal courts with securing a defendants release before trial. There are many options available to have a person released from jail custody prior to their trial date or entering a plea.

I have helped hundreds of my clients be released pending trial or sentencing.
